1. About CarsXO
CarsXO is a professional automobile detailing and car care brand offering services including but not limited to premium washes, detailing, ceramic coating, graphene coating, paint protection film (PPF), and related services.
These terms apply to all users of our website, customers visiting our studio, and anyone booking or availing our services.

2. Services & Pricing

• All services are subject to vehicle condition, size, paint quality, and prior work done.

• Prices displayed on the website or social media are indicative and may change after physical inspection of the vehicle.

• CarsXO reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle condition poses a safety risk or is unsuitable for the selected service.
   

3. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

• A booking amount or advance payment may be required to confirm appointments for premium services such as Ceramic Coating or PPF.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.

• Failure to inform may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.
   

4. Vehicle Inspection & Customer Responsibility

• A pre-service inspection is conducted and shared with the customer before starting work.

• Customers must remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle.

• CarsXO is not responsible for loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle.
   

5. Service Outcomes & Limitations

• While CarsXO follows industry-best practices, 100% perfection is not guaranteed, especially on older vehicles or previously repainted panels.

• Results may vary based on:

  • Paint age and condition

  • Previous damage or workmanship

  • Environmental exposure

Minor imperfections that do not affect overall performance or safety are not considered service failures.

6. Warranties (Ceramic Coating / PPF)

• Any warranty offered is product-specific, not unconditional.

• Warranty claims are subject to:

  • Proper maintenance as advised by CarsXO

  • No misuse, accidents, or third-party work

• Natural wear, stone chips, scratches, or improper washing are not covered.

CarsXO reserves the right to inspect the vehicle before approving any warranty-related work.

7. Delays & Force Majeure
CarsXO is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Power outages

• Weather conditions

• Supply delays

• Equipment malfunction

In such cases, services may be rescheduled without penalty.

8. Liability Limitation

• CarsXO’s liability, if any, is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific service.

• CarsXO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   

9. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, videos, branding, and logos—belongs to CarsXO and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.

10. Privacy
Customer information collected through the website or in-studio is used only for service communication, billing, and internal records.
We do not sell or misuse customer data.

11. Changes to Terms
CarsXO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
